25 Temmuz 1989 tarihinde Kırklareli’nde doğmuştur. İlk ve orta öğrenimini Kırklareli’nde, yüksek öğrenimini Marmara Üniversitesi Hukuk Fakültesi’nde iyi bir derece ile tamamlamıştır. Avukatlık ruhsatını 2014 yılında İstanbul Barosu’ndan alan Av. Uğur Azap, kısa bir süre Cumhuriyet Savcılığı yapmıştır.
2019 yılından beri Antalya Barosu’na kayıtlı olarak mesleki faaliyetlerini sürdürmekte olup, çeşitli bürolarda avukatlık ve ofis yöneticiliği görevlerinde bulunmuştur. 2022 yılında Av. Uğur Azap Hukuk Bürosunu kurarak adalete hizmet etmeye devam etmektedir. Halen Kamu Hukuku alanında tezli yüksek lisans çalışmalarını sürdüren Av. Uğur Azap, evli ve bir çocuk babasıdır.
